BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement between the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company
to widen a railroad crossing on Corley Street at a cost to the city
not to exceed $ 8,313. 00.
