R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Pine Glen Subdivision have com-
pleted the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improve-
ments as follows:
Street Improvements:
Brett Lane from Tolivar 1 ,060 feet south to end of
cul-de-sac
Phyllis Lane from Jill Lane 800 feet south to Joyce
Lane
Jill Lane from Phyllis Lane 300 feet east to Brett
Lane
Joyce lane from Phyllis Lane 300 feet east to
Brett Lane
Water and Sewer Improvements:
Lots 1-26, Block 1
Lots 1-5 , Block 2
Lots 1-28, Block 3
Lots 1-14, Block 4
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivisions desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Pine Glen Subdivision, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
