WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of botanical
supplies; and,
WHEREAS, Garden Center of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $2,430. 00 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Garden Center is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Garden Center in the amount of $2 ,430. 00
for the purchase of botanical supplies is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
