R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
electronic polygraph instrument, one ( 1 ) subject' s chair, and ink and
chart paper; and,
WHEREAS, Dee E. Wheeler and Associates of Austin, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $3 ,655. 50 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Dee E . Wheeler and Associates is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dee E. Wheeler and Associates in the amount
of $3 ,655.50 for the purchase of an electronic polygraph instrument,
a subject' s chair, and ink and chart paper is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
