WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
photo ionization hydrocarbon detector ( flammable liquid detector) ;
and,
WHEREAS, HNU Systems, Inc. of Houston, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $4 ,020. 00 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by HNU Systems, ' Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by HNU Systems, Inc. in the amount of
$4,020. 00 for the purchase of a photo ionization hydrocarbon detector
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
