R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 50 - 6 '
lengths 15" reinforced concrete pipe; and,
WHEREAS, National Concrete Products submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,587. 00 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by National Concrete Products is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Concrete Products in the amount of
$1 ,587.00 for the purchase of reinforced concrete pipe is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
