R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on September 12, 1983 the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Trax Enterprises for the demolition of structures at
1490 Avenue A in the amount of $ 999. 00 and 1010 Finis in the amount
Of $1 , 199. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT demolition of the structures at 1490 Avenue A and 1010 Finis is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and
he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to Trax Enterprises in
the amount of $2 ,198. 00.
