WHEREAS, H. R. Ford has requested water and sewer
service to his property located approximately six hundred feet
(6001 ) outside the city limits on Tram Road; and,
WHEREAS, the city desires to extend water and sewer
services to such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
extend water and sewer services to property located approxi-
mately six hundred feet (6001 ) outside the city limits on
Tram Road.
