R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont awarded a contract to C . F .W.
Construction Company in the amount of $5,816, 300. 00 for Contract I ,
Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Contract I , Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to make final payment to C .F.W. Construction
Company in the amount of $14,200. 00.
