R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
15,000 watt generator; and,
WHEREAS, Harrison Equipment Company of Stafford, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $10,906. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Harrison Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Harrison Equipment Company in the amount of
$10,906. 00 for the purchase of one ( 1 ) 15,000 watt generator be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to pay for same upon acceptable delivery .
