BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF B EAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission to
effectuate the use of Section 8 Transit Planning Funds by the city.
