R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with Southwestern Laboratories to furnish testing services
required for pavement structure design and analysis on city projects
for fiscal year 1984 for a sum not to exceed $40, 000.00.
