BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with Gulf Pipeline Company for protection of six (6 )
pipelines crossing the new sanitary landfill site for a sum not to
exceed $26,529. 68.
