BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract with M . L. Lefler, Jr. for appraisal services in connection
with the Crockett Connector T. I .P. Project for a sum not to exceed
$8,000.00.
