R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for a one year maintenance
contract for data processing equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Helena Laboratories of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $29 ,300.40 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Helena Laboratories is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Helena Laboratories in the amount of $29 ,300 .40 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to enter into a contract with Helena
Laboratories for a one year maintenance contract for data processing
equipment.
