R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District, the City of Beaumont is entitled to cast 645
votes in an election to name the district' s board of directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to direct
that all 645 votes be cast for G. Wayne Turner who was nominated as
a candidate for the board.
