R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract with Schaumburg and Polk for engineering services in
connection with the remaining construction projects under the
Environmental Protection Agency Construction Step II Grant Program in
an amount not to exceed $ 987,922.00 .
