BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to
join with other cities in employing Touche, Ross & Company to review
and provide expert testimony in Docket No. 5108, Application of Gulf
States Utilities Company , now pending in the Public Utility
Commission of Texas.
Section 2 .
That all expenses incurred by the City in connection with
its intervention in Docket No. 5108 are hereby assessed against Gulf
States Utilities Company .
