R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has received a proposal from
Mental Health Mental Retardation of Southeast Texas to provide
maintenance services for the Civic Center Complex, Athletic Complex,
and other downtown areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
an agreement with Mental Health Mental Retardation of Southeast Texas
for grounds maintenance services for the year beginning October 1 ,
1983 at a cost to the City not to exceed $171 ,672.00.
