R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract for engineering services with Kohler & Kohler in connection
with the construction of the Concord Road T .I .P. Project in an
amount not to exceed $ 507,000.00 .
