BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract for engineering services with Fittz & Shipman, Inc. in
connection with the construction of the Highland Avenue T .I .P.
Project in an amount not to exceed $169,900.00.
