R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company for
the construction of a bridge over the Corley-Cartwright Drainage
Channel at a cost to the City not to exceed $168,300.00 .
