WHEREAS, bids were received to sell fifteen ( 15) refuse
collection vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted are unsatisfactory and should not be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids received to sell fifteen ( 15) refuse collection
vehicles are hereby rejected.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1993 .
