BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract with the White Budd Van Ness Partnership to provide
architectural services for renovation of the Tyrrell Park Recreation
Building for a fee not to exceed 9 .75% of construction costs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
