R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to grant a
permit to United Texas Transmission Company for the construction of
an 18" pipeline crossing Calder, McLean, Broun, Shepherd, Greeves,
Stedman, Clemmons, Smelker, Landis, Avalon, Glendale, Amelia and
Montrose Streets.
