R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 3 , 1983 the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to the Hurricane Fence Company in the amount of $3 ,567 .00
for construction of a 10-foot high fence around the tennis courts in
Klein Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of the fence around the tennis courts in Klein
Park is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City
Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to
the Hurricane Fence Company in the amount of $3 ,567.00 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
