BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute the 1982-1983 labor agreement between the City of
Beaumont and the International Association of Firefighters,
Local 399.
