R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Gulf States Utilities Company presently has two
cases pending, in the Public Utility Commission of Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to intervene in these matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to intervene on behalf
of the City of Beaumont in Docket No. 5108 and 5334 now pending in
the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
