R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract for engineering services with Schaumburg and Polk , Inc. in
connection with the preparation of construction plans for the
College Street T .I .P. Project at a cost not to exceed $415,425 .00 .
