WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one hundred
fifty-one ( 151) live oak trees; and,
WHEREAS, Rand Landscaping of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a
bid of $24, 915.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rand Landscaping is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rand Landscaping in the amount of $24 ,915.00 for the
purchase of 151 live oak trees be accepted by the City of Beaumont,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay for same upon
acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
