R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the property, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby dedicated as a
portion of "Fair Park" .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

FIELDNOTE DESCRIPTION of a 2.5 acre parcel of land being out of what is
known as the City of Beaumont, Street Division, North Yard, in Jefferson
County, Texas, said parcel being more fully described as follows:
COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the north right of way line
of Plum Street with the east right of way line of Concord Road,
Thence N 41 115' W along'the east right of way line of Concord, a distance
of 334.5' to a point, Thence N 23°30'_E along the northeastern property
line of the aforementioned Street Division Yard a distance of 199.1' to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N 23°30' E, a distance of 140.84' to a point on the south pro-
perty line of the City of Beaumont Fair Park;
THENCE N 37101' W along the south property line of the said Fair Park,-a
distance of 142.24' to a point for a corner;
THENCE North along the east property line of the said Fair Park, a dis-
tance of 213. 0'- to the northeast corner described herein;
THENCE S 87°00' W, a distance of 309.0' to the northwest corner of the
parcel described herein;
THENCE S 02°30' W, a distance of 213.5' to a point for the southwest
corner;
THENCE along the southern line of the parcel described herein and the
following courses and distances:
S 69 000' E 89.00'
S 56 000' E 210.00'
S 50 012' E 77.98'
S 47 030' E 40.00'
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
(This is already City-owned property obtained from the Texas Highway
