R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a
dewatering pump; and,
WHEREAS, Treco, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $ 9,098.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Treco, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Treco, Inc. in the amount of $9,098.00 for the
purchase of a dewatering pump be accepted by the City of Beaumont and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay for same upon acceptable
delivery .
