THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
a grant agreement with the Governor' s Office of General Counsel and
Criminal Justice for a grant for a portion of the cost of acquisition
of a polygraph unit for the Beaumont Fire Department Arson Division.
