1 O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 22, 1982 the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Jay Garth, Inc. for construction of a playground and
for renovation of a parking lot at Sprott Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of a new playground and renovation of a
parking lot at Sprott Park are hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont, and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $4,826 .60 to Jay Garth, Inc. for
said improvements.
