R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition and removal
of the following structure:
Structure Amount Contractor
1180 Sherman $700.00 Ace Clark Construction Co.
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted above is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid listed above is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Ace Clark Construction Company in the amount stated above for the
demolition and removal of the structure at 1180 Sherman.
