R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 50 ,000
general offense reports for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Doyle Business Forms of Orange, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount of $3, 115 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Doyle Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Doyle Business Forms in the amount of $3 , 115 .00 for
the purchase of 50,000 general offense reports be accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment for same upon acceptable delivery .
