R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
contract with Deevy & Shannon/Freese and Nichols for engineering
services in connection with construction of the sanitary landfill
project in an amount not to exceed $ 72,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
