R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designee be, and they are hereby,
authorized to enter into agreements with persons desiring to conduct
seismographic surveys on City property or rights of way at a cost of
$100 .00 per shot hole.
