WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the purchase
of a parcel of land needed for Spur 380 ( Second Phase) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of a 33,646 square foot tract of land out of Block
35 of Arlington Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, from
First Continental Realty Company , Inc. for the sum of $126,272.00 is
hereby approved.
