R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1983, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with D & H Construction for the 1983 Water Systems
Improvements Project; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No . 2 is being proposed to correct
final quantities and add Sabine Pass Street Crossing due to conflict
with storm sewer; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to approve
Change Order No . 2 in the amount of $4 , 166 .97 to the contract with D
& H Construction.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 19S-3-.
