R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
an agreement with CRH Associates in connection with the design,
construction, and operation of the City Sanitary Landfill
effective until July 31, 1984 for an amount not to exceed $20,000 .
