WHEREAS, on August 31, 1983, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Mar-Len, Inc. for construction of Phase I of the
Fa nnett Road Outfall; and,
WHEREAS, the project have been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT construction of Phase I of the Fannett Road Outfall is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to Mar-Len, Inc. in the
amount of $22,315. 05.
