BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
agreements with W. T. Little, Developer, and Kohler & Kohler,
Consulting Engineers, for the necessary engineering services in
connection with the Crow Road Participation Project in the
approximate amount of $60,838 .80 .
