R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for work uniforms for city
employees; and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd Linen Supply of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $39,388 .75; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Shepherd Linen Supply is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Shepherd Linen Supply in the amount of $39 ,388 .75 for
the purchase of work uniforms for city employees be accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
