WHEREAS, bids were received for purchase and installation
of an overhead door at the main pump building of the Water
Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Hollywood Crawford Door Sales of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,480 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hollywood Crawford Door Sales is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Hollywood Crawford Door Sales in the amount of
$1 ,480. 00 for the purchase and installation for an overhead door at
the main pump building of the Water Reclamation Plant be accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery and installation.
