R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Unit XXII has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street
improvements as follows:
Street Improvements
Limerick Drive from Shakespear drive approximately
680 feet west;
Water and Sewer Improvements
Lots 25 through 32, Block 35 ; and Lots 21 through
27 , Block 36 ;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Dowlen West Unit XXII, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
