R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Calder Highlands Extension has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street
improvements as follows:
Street Improvements
Taft Street from the west right-of-way line of Crow Road
approximately 185 feet west, including the cul-de-sac;
from the east right-of-way line of Crow Road approximately
355 feet east, including the cul-de-sac; and from the
west right-of-way line of Ridgeland Avenue approximately
360 feet west, including the cul-de-sac;
Ridgeland Avenue, approximately 175 feet north and 175
feet south of the centerline of Taft Street;
Water and Sewer Improvements
(Block A, B and C replat of parts of Block 43, 44, 45,
and 46 ) Lots 1 through 8 , Block A; Lots 1 through 14 ,
Block B; and Lots 1 through 14, Block C;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Calder Highlands Extension, as above described, be, and the same
are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
