WHEREAS, Patrick Henry Phelan and Michael Arthur Phelan,
Trustees, have tendered two easements to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, for utility purposes. Easement No. 1 is
5 feet wide and Easement No . 2 is 15 feet wide, both out of
Block 2 , Office Park Plaza, and being further depicted on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easements for utility purposes is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said 5-foot and 15-foot utility easements tendered by Patrick
Henry Phelan and Michael Arthur Phelan, Trustees, to the City of
Beaumont be, and the same are hereby , in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
