R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for hot
mixed cold laid asphaltic concrete; and,
WHEREAS, Keown Supply Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $25.95 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Keown supply Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Keown Supply CompanY is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Keown Supply Company in the amount of $25.95 per ton
for an annual contract for hot mixed cold laid asphaltic concrete.
