WHEREAS, on June 7 , 1983, the City of Beaumont entered into
contracts with D. M . Williams and Ace Clark Construction Company for
demolition of the following structures:
Structure Amount Contractors
992 Avenue A $ 875 .00 D. M . Williams
3434 Glenwood 1 ,800 .00 Ace Clark Construction Company
2775 San Antonio 1 ,500 .00 Ace Clark Construction Company
and,
WHEREAS, the projects have been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT demolition of the above listed structures is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to make final payment to D. M . Williams in the amount of
$875.00 and to make final payment to Ace Clark Construction Company
in the total amount of $3,300 .00.
